Start with braising our smoked brisket in a birria jus for 2 hours until it shreds apart at the mere sight of a fork. Then we mixed that together with onions, cilantro, and jack cheese and stuffed all that goodness into a crispy egg roll wrapper 14.5. Served with our house made chipotle ranch dressing.
